If more time is required to “set up” please add this to your hire time.
It is advisable to contact the booking secretary to confirm availability before completing this form.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Mayfield PCC takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to London House or the property of the hirer during the period of hire. Hirer should ensure that they have the appropriate insurance.
  • Details of any goods or any technical equipment to be used on the premises during the hire period to be given. Please use box on back of form or attach separate sheet.
  • Mains powered electrical equipment to use an RCD adaptor found in broom cupboard.
  • Written permission to obtained from London House committee if goods/equipment are to be left in London House after the hire period.
  • Emergency exit to be kept clear at all times.
  • Key collection from Rosina Fabrics during shop hours.
  • Key must be returned to Rosina immediately at end of hire period– through letter box if shop closed.
  • An Invoice will be issued to you to be paid within 7 days of issue.
  • Hirer will be liable for full booking fee unless one weeks notice is given.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
  • The sale of alcohol not permitted without the consent of the committee and if granted without the appropriate licence.
  • Please leave the building clean and tidy for the benefit of the next user.
  • Please turn off lighting and heating when leaving and close all internal doors.
  • Perishable goods will be disposed of.
  • Any property left behind will be kept for two weeks and then disposed of.
